We
currently offer two families of lens products, both aimed at covert
surveillance through a pinhole.
Compact Optical Scanning
Enhanced
(COSE) Pinhole Lenses
Using a patented internal optical scanning arrangement, COSE pinhole
lenses offer pan, tilt and zoom (PTZ) capability with no external
moving parts, allowing them to scan and zoom onto any target within the
instantaneous field of view of the lens, Because the scanning is
optical, full image brightness and quality are preserved.
COSE lenses are available with a 90 degree and 120 degree field of view
and 10x zoom and are designed for mounting on a C mount 1/3"
sensor camera.
Flexible Alignment (FA)
Pinhole Lenses
Standard pin hole lenses suffer from two main problems. Firstly the
aperture of the lens needs to be positioned right in the pinhole,
making the presence of the camera easy to
detect. Secondly, the alignment of the lens to the pinhole is critical;
any slight misalignment causes vignetting. Claresys’ FA
lenses
use novel optical technology to overcome both of these
problems.
